The symbols next to each team member are QR Tags - it is a matrix code, often called a two dimensional bar code. It can be decoded very quickly and can contain a surprising amount of data (in excess of 4 000 alphanumeric characters). We have used them to store our virtual business cards, for adding straight in to your contacts database. This can be done directly by the Nokia N95 (it has the software built in), or by most mobile devices with a camera.
